Ms. Williams serves as Williams & Floyd LLC’s Managing Partner. A thoughtful entertainment lawyer with more than 10 years’ experience in entertainment law, Breyuna focuses her practice on transactional law with an emphasis on the motion picture, television, music, and multimedia industries. Breyuna works with clients to effectively implement brand-building strategies that create long-lasting success. She has aided and assisted clients in all areas of entertainment law, including:

​​Rodney T. Floyd

Mr. Floyd is a founding partner at Williams & Floyd, LLC and brings 20 years of legal experience to the cases handled by the firm.  Prior to the founding of Williams & Floyd, attorney Rodney Floyd practiced in both the private and public sector focused in the areas of real estate, estate planning, taxation and local government law.  As a result of his experience in these practice areas, Mr. Floyd has been asked to serve as a presenter on multiple occasions to the Real Estate and the Local Government sections of the Georgia State Bar Association.


Mr. Floyd was instrumental in the development of the Judicial in Rem Tax Foreclosure process implemented by Fulton County, Georgia.  Mr. Floyd along with the Clerk of Fulton County Superior Court and the Chief Judge of the Fulton County Superior Court created the template for Fulton County’s foreclosure process.  This model has been used by counties and municipalities across the country.  During his tenure in the Fulton County Attorney’s office, Mr. Floyd drafted all pleadings and represented the Fulton County Tax Commissioner’s office in all hearings related to Judicial in Rem tax foreclosures.  He developed procedures to plead excess funds from foreclosures into the Court registry as part of the accounting process for the foreclosures. 


Additionally, Mr. Floyd has also been certified as a National Business License Official by the National Association of Business License Officials, NABLO.  He is a past president of the Georgia Association of Business License Officials, GABLO and was responsible for the management of all business licenses and alcoholic beverage licenses issued by Fulton County, Georgia.  Mr. Floyd also oversaw the issuance of all adult entertainment licenses for businesses and entertainers for the Fulton County Government.  He along with his staff audited businesses throughout Fulton County to insure compliance with county laws and the accurate payment of occupational taxes.  Due to his extensive knowledge in the field, Mr. Floyd has presented across the country on the topics of business occupational taxes, adult entertainment and licensing of alcoholic beverage companies. 


In April of 2014, Mr. Floyd became President of Capital City Community Development, CCCD.  CCCD is a corporation devoted to rehabilitating historically depressed and/or blighted areas and providing affordable housing.  Mr. Floyd is a member of the Board of Directors of Antioch Urban Ministries, Inc., AUMI, a non-profit corporation that assists persons recovering from substance abuse, domestic violence and/or homelessness.  


Mr. Floyd is originally from Columbus, Georgia and moved to Atlanta to attend Morehouse College, where he graduated with an honors degree in Finance.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia, School of Law in 1995.  He is married to his childhood friend, Denise Watson Floyd.  


Mr. Floyd serves as a deacon at Antioch Baptist Church North and serves as in-house counsel for the church’s legal matters.  He is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and retains membership in the State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association, Georgia Alliance of African American Attorneys.
